  • 3 lb. squash
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese (mild, grated Cheddar cheese)

Directions

    Boil until tender; drain.
