- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
- 1 small jar pimento
- 4 or 5 medium yellow squash, diced, cooked and drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat milk and pour over bread crumbs. Add eggs and next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in squash and cheese.

2Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
