Ingredients

  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 4 or 5 medium yellow squash, diced, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat milk and pour over bread crumbs. Add eggs and next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in squash and cheese.

    Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
