  • 2 lb. summer squash
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, cut finely
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
