- 5 medium squash, sliced and cooked until tender
- 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 stick melted margarine
- vegetable spray
Directions

1Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl.

2Pour into an oblong baking dish, coated with vegetable spray.

3Pour margarine over top of mixture and bake at 425° for 25 minutes until brown.
