Squash Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. cornbread, broken into small pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Mash squash and add onion and butter. Add slightly beaten eggs and cream of chicken soup.

    Add 1/2 can of water to soup.

    Mix all together.

    Put in greased casserole and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes (until done).
