Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. squash
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) skillet cornbread, cooked
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 lb. browned pan sausage, well drained (optional)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until tender.

    Drain well.

    Mash and add remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
