Broccoli Casserole

- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 roll garlic cheese
- 1/2 soup can water
Directions

1Melt margarine in heavy saucepan; add onion.

2Cook a few minutes; add broccoli and cook until very tender (almost mushy). While broccoli is cooking, put one can of cream of mushroom soup in saucepan.

3Add 1/2 soup can of water and 1/2 roll of garlic cheese, diced.

4Heat soup until cheese melts.

5Pour broccoli in baking dish, 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 6-inch; top with soup mixture. Spread buttered crumbs on top.

6Sprinkle with paprika before baking at 350° until it bubbles around the sides.

7Serves 4 to 6.
