- 1 pkg. cornbread mix, baked
- 2 lb. yellow squash, seasoned, drained and mashed
- 2 c. milk (crumble cornbread into milk)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. sage
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
Directions

1Melt oleo; saute onion and celery.

2Add undiluted soup, squash, cornbread soaked in milk and sage.

3Pour in greased casserole dish.

4Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
