- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. warm milk
- flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in a 1/2 cup of warm water.

2Heat milk; add to the sugar and salt.

3Stir melted butter; add to yeast to mixture. Stir until well mixed; add flour until dough is no longer sticky. Knead dough; let rise until double in size.

4Knead again; form into rolls.

5Place on baking sheet; let rise again.

6Bake at 350° until done.
