Ingredients
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 pkg. corn bread mix
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. sage
- 2 raw eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain squash.

2Prepare and cook corn bread mix. Crumble corn bread; add milk and let soak.

3Mix pepper, celery, onion and margarine and add soup, sage, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix all together.

4Use 1/4 of the stick of margarine to grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

5Pour dressing into dish.

6Cook in 350° oven for 1 hour.
