Squash Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 c. corn bread
  • 2 c. squash (with some of its juice)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. sage (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onion with butter; set aside.

    Mix squash with 2 eggs. Put in soup then corn bread.

    Add onion mixture.

    Pour in casserole dish and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°.
