Squash Dressing

- 2 c. corn bread
- 2 c. squash (with some of its juice)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. sage (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion with butter; set aside.

2Mix squash with 2 eggs. Put in soup then corn bread.

3Add onion mixture.

4Pour in casserole dish and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°.
