  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mash squash.

    Add milk, sugar, salt, pepper and beaten egg yolks.

    Beat egg whites and fold in.

    Put in a baking dish and dot with marshmallows.
