- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Grated White Onion
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
Directions

1Squeeze grated squash to get excess water from it. Place in a mixing bowl and mix in remaining ingredients (except oil).

2In a skillet add oil and drop the squash mixture by spoonfuls into oil over medium high heat. Cook until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
