Squash Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yellow Squash, Grated
  • 6 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cups Grated White Onion
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil

Directions

    Squeeze grated squash to get excess water from it. Place in a mixing bowl and mix in remaining ingredients (except oil).

    In a skillet add oil and drop the squash mixture by spoonfuls into oil over medium high heat. Cook until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
