- 4 small squash, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- salt, pepper, garlic salt and parsley flakes to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- flour
- oil (for deep frying)
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in small amount of water in saucepan until tender; drain.

2Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and parsley flakes; mix well.

3Add egg, baking powder and sugar; mix well. Add enough flour to mixture to form stiff dough.

4Roll 1 teaspoonful at a time in flour to coat.

5Deep fry in hot oil until brown; drain.

6Roll in confectioners sugar.
