Ingredients
- 3 yellow squash
- 2 zucchini
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. minced ham
- 1/2 tsp. dried chervil leaves
- seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. water or broth
Directions

1Wash, trim and slice the squash.

2Saute onions and celery in the heated butter until onions are transparent.

3Stir in squash, ham, chervil, salt, red pepper flakes and water.

4Cover and simmer about 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, shaking pan frequently.

5Transfer to serving dish.

6Sprinkle with additional red pepper flakes, if desired.

7Serves 4.
