- 4 medium size squash, sliced to 1/4-inch slices (use zucchini, yellow squash, summer squash, etc.)
- 1 small to medium onion
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Dice onion and saute in butter until almost transparent.

2Add sliced squash and continue to saute.

3When squash is slightly browned and limp, remove from heat.

4Serve with generous amounts of Parmesan cheese on top.
