- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked mashed squash
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- hot salad oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except salad oil; mix well.

2Drop mixture by tablespoons into 1/8 inch hot oil in large skillet. Flatten patties to 1/4 inch thick.

3Cook until golden brown, turn and brown on other side.
