  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cooked, mashed, drained squash or canned squash
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Fry in pan with oil until brown on both sides.

    Drain on paper towels.

    Batter will keep 1 week in refrigerator.
