- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl.

2Mix well.

3Drop by spoon on hot greased skillet and cook until golden brown, turning only once.

4Drain on paper towels.
