- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 t. salt
Directions

1Boil squash until tender.

2Drain.

3Blend squash and onions. Mix with cornmeal and salt until thick.

4Roll into patties.

5Cover bottom of frying pan with oil.

6Cook on med. high heat, turning until both sides are brown.
