- 2 1/2 c. sliced unpeeled zucchini or yellow crookneck squash
- salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Salt squash lightly.

2In a greased 2-quart baking dish, arrange squash and peaches in alternate layers.

3Sprinkle top with brown sugar; dot with butter.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
