  • 2 c. thinly chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. salt
