- 8 c. sliced yellow squash
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. sliced green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Put sliced squash, onions and green pepper in pan and add salt.

2Let stand for 1 hour; drain.

3Put all the other ingredients in pot.

4Add squash, onions and peppers.

6to boil, then boil until clear.

7Pack in sterile jars and seal.
