- 8 to 10 c. squash, sliced thin
- 2 c. onion, sliced into rings
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- salt to taste
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. white mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients and let stand for 1 1/2 hours.

2Mix together vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.

3Bring to a boil.

4Pour over squash mixture and bring to boil again.

5Pack in sterilized jars.
