- 8 c. yellow squash, sliced
- 2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. white mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine salt, squash, onion and peppers.

2Mix sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Add all ingredients to syrup in pan and let boil 5 minutes.

4Put in jars and seal.

5Allow 6 to 8 weeks to make.
