- 8 c. squash
- 7 or 8 onions
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- salt
Directions

1Slice squash, onions and pepper in thin slices. Cover with salt water and soak for 15 minutes.

2Bring sugar, vinegar and spices to a rolling boil. Drain vegetables.

3After soaking, add to boiling water for 10 minutes.

4Pour into hot jars and seal.
