- 1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken
- 5 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. chicken fat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. celery, chopped
Directions

1Simmer chicken in water with bay leaf.

2Salt and pepper.

3Cook until tender.

4Use 2 or 3 celery tips of plain.

5Pull meat off bone and dice in bite size pieces.

6(Save broth and skim off fat.)

7Put meat and fat in skillet and add chopped vegetables.
