- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Soak first 3 ingredients for 2 hours in ice water and 3/4 cup salt.

2Mix vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and celery seed.
