- 2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Sprinkle salt on vegetables.

2Cover with ice.

3Let stand 1 1/2 hours. Wash and drain well.

4Bring to boil white vinegar, sugar and celery seed.

5Add vegetables and boil 10 minutes.
