  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 green sweet peppers, slivered
  • 1/2 c. coarse salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
