- 8 c. small squash, sliced thin
- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 4 green peppers
- small jar pimento
- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients and let stand 1 hour.

2Drain.

3Put seasonings in a cloth bag and bring to a hard boil with vinegar and sugar.

4Put squash mixture in and boil 3 minutes.

5Put in canning jars and seal properly.

6Makes 4 pints.
