- 4 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon basil leaves
- 14 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 12 cups ham, shredded
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2In large skillet, cook zucchini and onions in butter until tender (8 minutes).

3Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and oregano.

4In large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, and ham.

5Stir in vegetable mixture.

6Place dough in baking dish.

7Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.

8Seal perforations.

9Spread with mustard and pour in mixture.

10Bake for 18-22 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
