  • 1 can squash
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Mix sugar, salt and spices.

    Blend well into squash.

    Beat 2 eggs separately; add milk and stir well.

    Blend into squash mixture.

    Pour into 9-inch pie plate lined with crust.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, then 375° for 45 minutes.
