- 3 small or 2 medium summer squash
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook sliced unpeeled squash in water until tender; drain. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until seeds disappear. Pour in unbaked pie shell.

2Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg after liquid in shell.
