Squash Pie

  • 3 small or 2 medium summer squash
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook sliced unpeeled squash in water until tender; drain. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until seeds disappear. Pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg after liquid in shell.
