  • 1 c. cooked winter squash
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mace

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Line a 9-inch pie pan with the dough. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth and well mixed.

    Pour into the lined pie pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 300° and bake for 60 minutes more.
