  • 2 c. cooked, drained and mashed yellow squash
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. condensed milk
  • 3 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue)

Directions

    Pour in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Add meringue, return to oven until top is brown.
