  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated, raw yellow squash (not peeled)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix all ingredients well; put into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until pie is brown. Tastes like coconut pie!
