- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated, raw yellow squash (not peeled)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine and mix all ingredients well; put into pie shell.

2Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until pie is brown. Tastes like coconut pie!
