- 8 uncooked crescent dinner rolls
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 6 slices thin pepperoni
- 4 oz. grated Mozzarella
- 3 slices American cheese
Directions

1Place crescent rolls in a pie crust to form crust.

2Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

3Fry thinly sliced zucchini in 3 tablespoons of oil; add onion.

4Fry 15 to 20 minutes, until zucchini is soft.

5In a bowl, mix pepperoni, Mozzarella and tomato.

6Cut into wedges. Add zucchini mixture and stir.

7Put ingredients into pie shell. Place American cheese slices on top.
