  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • pinch of allspice
  • 1 unbaked crust

Directions

    Mix well and bake in 8 to 9-inch pie crust at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Lower heat to 325° and bake 45 minutes longer or until a knife blade comes out clean.

    Serve hot or cold.
