- 12 c. yellow crookneck squash
- 4 c. onion
- 4 bell peppers
- 3 hot peppers
- 2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 5 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Chop vegetables fine, or grind coarse.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a large pot.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cook on medium heat for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and put in jars.

5Put hot lids on and invert for 10 minutes.

6Turn over and let cool.
