- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup mashed, cooked butternut squash
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
Directions

1Heat oven to 450 degrees.

2Mix baking mix and squash.

3Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board.

4Knead 5 times.

5Roll dough into 12 inch circle.

6Spread with margarine. Cut into 12 wedges.

7Roll up, beginning at round edge.

8Place rolls with points underneath about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

9Bake until golden brown.

10About 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 12 rolls.
