- 6 to 8 yellow squash
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 small onion
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 c. cornflakes
Directions

1Boil squash half done; cut in halves.

2Remove center with spoon into mixing bowl.

3Cut up through squash neck.

4Add rest of ingredients.

5Mix well.

6Fill shells.

7Bake at 350° until browned.

8May be frozen on wax paper covered cookie sheet, then placed in freezer bags until needed.
