- 3 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. grated cheese
- garlic salt to taste
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. saltines, crushed
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Chop squash and onion; cook until tender and drain well.

2Mix in all other ingredients and stir in saltines.

3Place in buttered casserole and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
