- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 1 egg
- 1 scant c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut squash and onion and cook until tender in a small amount of water. Break up lightly. Add milk, egg, butter, cheese, salt and sugar. Mix. Pour in greased baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for about 25 minutes or until firm.
