- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. boiled squash
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. half and half
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In small skillet, saute onion until soft.

2Place onion, squash and broth in blender.

3Blend until blended well.

4Add flour and blend again just to mix.

5Pour the mixture into saucepan.

6Fold in half and half.

7Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

8Serve immediately.

9Makes 6 servings.
