  • 2 to 3 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 oz. chopped pimento
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. corn bread dressing mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine and toss with dressing mix.

    Cook squash in a small amount of water; add soup, sour cream and vegetables.

    Layer dressing and squash, ending with dressing.

    Cover with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake uncovered in 350° oven 20 to 30 minutes.
