- 2 c. yellow squash (measure after cooking)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 or 2 carrots, grated
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook and drain squash; mash.

2Add soup, cream, carrots and seasoning.

3Butter casserole; sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning crumbs on bottom; add squash mixture.

4Cover with crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
