  • 2 c. yellow squash (measure after cooking)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 or 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook and drain squash; mash.

    Add soup, cream, carrots and seasoning.

    Butter casserole; sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning crumbs on bottom; add squash mixture.

    Cover with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
