- 3 c. cubed squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can condensed chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimento
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water about 5 minutes and drain.

2Butter medium size baking dish lightly.

3Alternate layers of squash, soup (undiluted), almonds, pimento and dot with butter.

4Cover with bread crumbs and bake in 375° oven, depends on your stove (approximately 20 minutes).

5Makes 6 servings.
