  • 1 lb. medium shrimp (2 cans)
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • hot sauce to taste

Directions

    Clean shrimp and break up.

    Chop onion and celery.
  3. 3
    Heat soup just until it boils.
  4. 4
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and pour it into the soup.

    Turn off soup mixture and add the other ingredients.

    Set at least 6 hours.
