- 1 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- salt and pepper (pinch)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil in frying pan.

3Fry until golden brown.

4Turn over, fry on both sides. Turnovers may be cooled and frozen, placing wax paper between each.

5Thaw and reheat.
